This poor little tree needs a new home.
It's getting no love next to the garage. So....the plan is to re-pot.
What type of pot?
How big should it be?
Do we need to fertilize?
With Spring around the corner I'm feeling the need for dirt under my nails......
It doesn't look sad to me. I thought this is what they did! I bet by the time it leafs out, it will look like a totally different tree. I do know they like partial shade and lots of water in the summer. Prune any branches crossing another or growing back towards the stem of the tree. I think pots are ok for this species, but I bet it likes being in the ground better. My two cents, only worth one. :)
